I'm just saying as an outsider, the city has to realize what events like that will do to tourism. i'd have cops all over that strip, up and down. Or is Las Vegas like L.A. where they simply don't have enough police officers? NYC has a great ratio of cops to civilians. L.A. has substantially less.
