if you are home and not at work (because of the smell) a can of sardines cant be beat as it will actually satiate you because of the high protein and omega 3.

Tons of protein, and tastes good. Don't buy shit like low-cal jello pudding. That's what fat people eat.

Never had sardines but was always curious..I'll have to try them.

they do fat people math and figure if its only 60cal a cup I can eat all 6 of them for only 360cal.

*edit* btw the best value sardines Ive found are the ones at Trader Joes. They are like $1.25 a can and they are of a much better quality than most of them in the Supermarkets short fo those fancy $5+ cans and they really stuff them in so you get like 5 per can.
