    Low-carb eatin'

I've yet to come across a website, podcast or print article about low-carb eating that doesn't come off as totally fucking gay.

Odds are this thread will too, but there was nothing gay about the steak and lobster low-carb feast Mrs. S just served up for Canada Day.

No better time to get back on the low-carb rails.

    Any takers?

Yes, tell me what to do. I am checking carbs on everything now in preparation.

From what you've told me, it sounds like you already know what you're doing.

Here's an example of a typical low-carb day.

    Breakfast

More often than not, I haven't been eating breakfast, but I'm gonna try to step up my morning nom nom game.
A good breakfast is important, especially in the first weeks of a low-carb eating plan.

I'll have, like, two or three big cups of coffee, either black or with double cream.

A quick and easy go-to breakfast is a French country omelet, which I make just like this:

    Lunch:
1-3 pre-cooked Debreziner sausages with fried onions, green peppers and maybe some jalapenos or cheese.

Dinner: Chicken Caesar salad (without croutons)

Snacks: Some almonds, cucumber slices, maybe some pre-fried bacon, cheddar cheese wrapped in turkey or bologna, Coke Zero

*Important -- adjust quantities so that you're nice and full. You shouldn't feel deprived when eating low-carb.
