Will they get the Howard of the 90s, or the AGT Pussified Howard.

    ...

I think we all know the answer to THAT. Isn't late night TV supposed to be a little edgy? If so, why are they going with Howard? My parents are edgier than he is.

I love how Linda Stasi says Howard is 3 years younger than Leno, when Leno is 4 years older than Howard.

    A Buchwald story plant.

The above is strictly my exaulted opinion. Allegedly.

    WHAT?!?!?

Over the weekend, word broke that Jay Leno is being pushed out to make room for the younger Jimmy Fallon — but sources close to the radio man tell The Post that Stern, in turn, is being “groomed” by NBC as the new Fallon.
Maybe he's trying to get Sirius to extend his contract.

Anyone who watched Howard just before bedtime would have nightmares for sure.

Howard is being "groomed" at 60???

Just how much is Buchwald paying that Post writer, Linda Stasi??? She's the one who earlier said Howard could "save" CNN!!

Howard wouldn't set himself up for inevitable failure that would be directed directly at him. He can't make up audience numbers when they're released every week.

Young people don't know who he is or don't care, middle aged people are over him(but might tune in for the first week), and older people don't like him.

This is almost -- ALMOST -- as bad as when Howard tweeted that photoshopped photo of him looking 20 years younger without an adam's apple.

at least he could've gone to a different reporter besides Linda Stasi.

I guess the newspaper is so close to death that they think this will draw readers. Wiggy is to NBC as Andrew Bynam is to the Sixers. A failure they can cut at the end of the season.

This just goes to show how stupid these network execs are. They THINK Stern is "cool". Stern hasn't been "cool" in 10 years. If this is true, and if this happens, the show will suck and NO ONE will watch it.

But, the wig doesn't care, he sold out years ago. This is just one more notch on the belt of an egotistical, narcissistic asshole and one more attempt to get all the marbles.
