Lemmy, you probably know my tips,but i am bored so i will tell you. By the way, if i followed my tips, I would have done better.
Casinos: Have a number in your head, lets say $400, so when you lose that much, you will leave, the same for when you are up a certain amount, leave as well.

for sports, have a number like $100.00 per game, never bet more or less, that way you will probably avoid chasing losses, which is a fucking killer. I prob won more bets than I lost, but I put too much on the losing bets. I miss the action, but those suicidal thoughts after the beatings were terrible so I can`t go back. last I knew SSI disability pay was like $8 an hour... I suppose that's comparable to Wal-Mart wages, but it's hardly a "windfall" unless he lives in a single wide in a relatives yard.
