pretty much what I've been doing as of late. I used to drink muscle milk for a while, but I'm back to just exercise, vitamins every day (multi, fish oil, and ginko) seems to be working just as well. Also I'm not as gassy after a workout so it's nice not having to smell my own farts as much.
When I was in college I briefly worked at GNC and took those mega-man vitamins. That shit fucked me up and really made me feel weird... I don't think it was that I was too young, I think it was that nobody needs 200% of their daily iron intake from a god damn horse pill.
