i smoke from 2.5 to 3 ounces a month. the local retailers are selling ounces to med patients for $450 to $500. i can't afford that so i legally grow my own. they can blow me.

Unless your smoking brick schwag weed then it has nothing to do with mexicans. Any part that weed plays in "mexicans getting there heads cut off" is the fault of the laws over here not the buyers, like its been said billions of times over the years legalize it in every state and then there will be no more black market for shitty mexican weed. Nobody who smokes that shit wants to, they either can't afford the outrageous street prices for dank (which more than half the time is tried to be pushed on people when its wet and premature if you dont know alot about weed and what to look for) or they end up buying something like I wrote in the parenthesis and it sucks and tastes like grass and doesnt even get em as high as schwag because its premature and was sold to them as dank just because its in bud form and not smashed into a block.

I guarantee all the people who smoke that garbage would immediately switch over to high grade marijuana if it were legalized in every state and you were able to know you are getting what you pay for. Buying weed illegally sucks, my stomach is in my throat everytime I go to buy it because theres such a big chance someones trying to pull one over on ya and hype up some garbage on the phone as "super heat man" and then you drive all the way out there and its crap and you gotta have that awkward "sorry but Im not buying this crap for that price" and end going home pissed with nothing. Or some asshole giving you a short bag and even though you weigh it and call em on it they act as if its an accident and say "ill get ya next time" or wont admit it.

Actually if I could walk into a dispensary and have a huge display case full of samples of all different strains of really good dank that I can ask to look at and smell and get a complete rundown on if the indica sativa ratios and what not then hell I wouldnt even really complain about 50$ an eighth, but as is I think Im gonna quit smoking for awhile again, I made it almost 3 years before and all the money that didnt go to weed went to my bank account and I saved up a nice sum and I can easily see something as stupid as smoking weed a couple times a day deplete that entire sum very quickly with the outrageous prices.

Even if I had all the weed in the world my habit wouldnt change, a gram of dank a day give or take. Smoking 2-3 ounces a month wouldn't be fun to me as Id just be in a constant fog and have no energy.

50-60 an 1/8th no matter how good it is sucks cock and schwag is worthless so you either pay it or get to not smoke. I had to take a close to 3 year break from it and just recently i have been able to smoke again. I remember before the break I had no problem spending almost all my extra money on it but now its impossible for me to not get a sour taste in my mouth when buying it. A satisfying bong hit that makes you sweaty and cough is like .3 so thats like 5 dollars a fucking hit, I'll take 2-3 hits 2 or 3 times a day if I have it and get nice and stoned but fuck 15-20$ a day when your only taking 4-6 hits? I always convince myself that I just need to take smaller hits and try but its never satisfying. Its weird too even with all this effort to make it last as long as possible (which takes all the fun out of it) I still cannot make an 1/8 last more than 4-7 days. Pointless post just kinda ranting on out of boredom on potless sunday night bleh. I can afford it and know I could get some real good dank but I just can't bring myself to pay that price tag, I wonder how many days it will take before I give in hah.

i started smoking so much when i retired. going from only smoking a joint after work, to being able to smoke whenever i wanted was liberating. like a kid let loose in a candy store. when it stops being fun, i'll lessen my consumption.
