Pot is too expensive

50-60 an 1/8th no matter how good it is sucks cock and schwag is worthless so you either pay it or get to not smoke. I had to take a close to 3 year break from it and just recently i have been able to smoke again. I remember before the break I had no problem spending almost all my extra money on it but now its impossible for me to not get a sour taste in my mouth when buying it. A satisfying bong hit that makes you sweaty and cough is like .3 so thats like 5 dollars a fucking hit, I'll take 2-3 hits 2 or 3 times a day if I have it and get nice and stoned but fuck 15-20$ a day when your only taking 4-6 hits? I always convince myself that I just need to take smaller hits and try but its never satisfying. Its weird too even with all this effort to make it last as long as possible (which takes all the fun out of it) I still cannot make an 1/8 last more than 4-7 days. Pointless post just kinda ranting on out of boredom on potless sunday night bleh. I can afford it and know I could get some real good dank but I just can't bring myself to pay that price tag, I wonder how many days it will take before I give in hah.

If you live in canada or know a grower it might be but dont try to pretend thats the norm for the US, ive smoked weed for over half my lifetime and maybe like 15 years ago a quarter of good dank could be bought for 60$ but not anymore. Like I said though if a good friend of yours grows his own and gives you a break on it then that price is not out of the question but for regular black market drank prices 40-60$ is normal.

i paid $50 an eight for years in the late 90s to mid 2000s until the medical dispensaries became more popular here in CA and the price went down. i wouldn't feel bad about it, that's probably the standard price for good weed in places it is still against the law.

Im sure the price of your cheap weed also reflects the quality. To the other poster nah I dont feel bad about it just that its outrageous to be priced that way. The really perfectly grown weed that has been bred to perfection, picked at the exact right time and cured for the correct amount of time sort of justifies a high price tag but on the black market barely any growers will go to that trouble for anything other than their personal stash that they set aside. They just want to harvest it and get it sold and move onto the next harvest, they couldnt care less about you getting what you pay for because unless you are enveloped in that lifestyle and know enough people who sell it and can cherry pick who you buy from they know if you wanna smoke you will call em if you have no one else.
