He also looks very frail in new pics and has a cane and wears a hat.

I know I'm gonna sound like a horrible person....but good! Sam Simon is the most annoying, pompous, self righteous piece of shit on the planet.
All of his telling other people how to live their lives has done nothing for him in the long run.
The only thing better would have been finding out Sam Simon contracted AIDS from Ralph.

I assume he did a thorough investigation to be sure none of those drugs were developed as a result of research performed on animals.
