everyone is so gay about the name, but it's a super healthy breakfast. oatmeal, chia seeds (loaded with protein, omega 3s, calcium, and more), almond milk, greek yogurt, a touch of maple syrup, stevia, and fresh fruit. it only has like 250 calories, it is loaded with nutrients, and it keeps you full, doesn't make you fart, and it's delish. people want to rag on delish and nutrish, then so be it.
ps: ever eat oatmeal before work or school? you'll be farting all fucking day an you'll have to take a monster dump by 11:30 am. the greek yogurt that i put in the porridge has enzymes that make the oatmeal easier on your digestive tract so you don't make fart.
make a to do list sunday night so you aren't thinking about next week
just writing it down keeps you from obsessing over it

Photography's a joke. Anyone can be a photographer. You do your scary great pictures because you're a professional. I'll take my stupid...automatic camera...take pictures and we'll see if people can tell the difference. - HS, 2-1-02
I'm gonna try the porridge. I'm even gonna get those glass jars.
Do the chia seeds get stuck in your teeth like poppy seeds?
dunkis I spent all weekend moving stuff can you just come over and set up my fridge for the week??
no problemo!
these are most easily made in 1/2 pint mason jars (screw the lid on and shake...easy peasy):
in 1/2 pint mason jar (or whatever container you're using), add:
1/4 cup old fashioned oats (uncooked. NOT instant and NOT steel cut. just plain old old fashioned oats);
2 to 3 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp/1 packet stevia
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup lowfat milk or almond/soy milk
1/4 plain greek yogurt
fill remainder with fresh fruit of your choice (i use blueberries)
screw on lid and shake vigorously (or stir vigorously without lid) until everything is well mixed.
put in fridge and let sit overnight.
eat in the morning.
