    anybody have a GoPro Black?

    The Amazon rating is 3 stars. I need one for underwater shots, but am hesitant based on the ratings.

    i got a buddy who has one an he puts it on his helmet when he goes on bike tours. it takes nice hd video. i think he loves it.

    friend at work has it. he says it's ok and probably the best for the money but not fantastic.

    I've got a Go Pro 2, use it for bike trips. The Black looks pretty nice, it's smaller, lighter than the 2.

    I was looking at these the other day.



    That's the middle of the road version. They have one that's more expensive because the camera is higher MP but I think the mask is the same.

    It sucks because half the reviews love it and the other half hate it. But I suspect that people are more likely to write a review if they're pissed off. People who buy something they like just use it and don't think about writing a review.

    I'll look into the go pro.
