They turned down his choice (probably Joan Rivers) and so he does this shit. He is pissed at Kimmel and I predict that he will feud with him as Kimmel becomes more popular.

Yup, he chooses from what's on his computer who he's gonna let on the air. Once in a while a caller lies to the phone screener and gives a false premise as to why he's calling. Then if we're lucky Howard puts that caller on the air, and the caller talks about what he really called about and disses him.
