Daveindiego makes a couple of book recommendations. Cuz that's the way I roll.

1.) In the Garden of Beasts by Erik Larson - This is a book about the US Ambassador to Germany in 1933/34. Larson is a great writer, and the book was a very quick read. I recommend this book highly.

2.) The I Chong by Tommy Chong - I am really sorry that I wasted time reading this book. It's the story of Tommy Chongs problems with the Feds. He makes going to Prison sound really awesome.

3.) Eisenhower: 1956 by David Nichols - This was another really good book. It focuses primarily on Eisenhowers foreign policy, specifically the Suez Canal incident of 1956. Highly recommended.

4.) 500 Days by Kurt Eichnwald - Best book that I have read in a long time. This is a focus on the 500 days that followed the 9/11 attacks, and how this government responded. Highest recommendation.

See, Dave, I took no part in this.

I chuckled a bit, but I took no part in it.

I read a bunch of newspapers too, Ted.

This is one of those benefits of not being bothered by a wife and kids.

    You know what?

I am amending my original review.

I think that everyone on this site should run out tonight, and go buy the I Chong by Tommy Chong. Run, don't walk.

You ever read any Chuck Klostermann? I read 3 of his books now. Fargo Rock City and IV were pretty good. IV reminded me of HST a little bit.
