If the gray hair is straight (and what's with Americans, spelling the word gray grey? That's British), it's fine, but most gray hair is coarse and wiry.

I've known a few 30-something women who were exceptionally sexy (and grateful?) with gray streaks of hair on their heads; I don't find "fake" to be at all attractive.

Youth is something that becomes a pressure that a woman constantly has to deal with. Most older men do not even want to date women their age or older. Grey hair is a reminder of that.

I hope that I'm like my mother. She's 62 and barely has grey, never dyed her hair.

i dont want to date a woman my age or older, but that's because there's not a whole lot of difference between them and me: we're both crotchety old men by now. I'm not interested in teens or 20-somethings either (because i believe their heads are still kinda empty), but doing the best you can with what you have, is a sign of character to me.

It is a tough call for me, having some gray as a professional is not a bad thing. I don't have much, but I've thought about dying it, however I like my natural hair and worry that dye could damage it.
