Question for blood/plasma donors: I've heard that after you donate, you'll be kinda sluggish for a day or two, but that when your blood level rises again you'll get a boost from the fresh blood cells your body produces... Any truth to that? The last part.

I don't like it. I have to look away. And I fainted from donating blood. The dentist doesn't bother me at all. I get totally relaxed getting my teeth cleaned almost like getting a massage.
