Out of all the programs you mentioned, Mary Tyler Moore was the first and among tv shows, MTM was considered a pioneer. I don't know how well the show holds up today, but she was revolutionary.
And among women in cop shows, while Tyne Daly and Sharon Gless blew the roof off the genre, it was Angie Dickinson, before Kate Jackson and the other "angels," Lynda Carter (wonder woman) and Lindsay Wagoner (the bionic woman), but what made One Day At A Time successful (initially) was that it was a Norman Lear show (All in the Family, The Jeffersons, Maude) so it had studio backing, big time.
