I tried these for the first time the other day. Normally stuff like this that says "hot" doesnt have any spice to it.....but the hot version of this thing was super spicy and delicious.

sometimes when I eat them I like to pull the meat out first with my teeth then eat the skin later. the Monster beef jerkeys at first were like the best thing ever now I cant even look at them anymore I think I OD on them.

I used to cook slim jims in with ramen noodles in the poverty/college days...

What I really love is homemade venison jerky, but we have a lot of small beef jerky sellers around that are good. I likes the plain old jerky; no Willie Wonka Sushi or Chicken and Waffles bullshit....
