I personally can't stand the place, way too crowded, rude obnoxious greasy people, devoid of sunlight, horrible.

we have lots of sunlight for 3 months a year. greasy people are mostly gone, except during gay & lesbian week in the summer. its very crowded and everyone is beautiful and thin here now (except me - i'm just beautiful...). as for rude and obnoxious, well that's relative: i don't consider saying what you think to be rude or obnoxious. self-centered sure, but not rude and obnoxious.

souvlaki guys cook the squirrels. the sewer rats keep the stray cat, dog, and homeless populations low, and chinatown competes with the sewer rats for the cats so we get very lean chinese chicken dishes. we've completed a 20 year program to successfully reintroduce breeding populations of peregrine falcons into nyc, who control the pigeons and keep them off the chinese restaurant menus.

Nanny Bloomie believes the reason urban kids are too fat is because they can buy 64ozcups of purpa drink so he's decided you cannot sell containers larger than 16oz. the problem is the law does not affect the movie theaters where most of the sugared sodas are consumed because they give free refills, and it affects package goods stores. NYC doesn't have package goods stores: we have one 7-11 on W 97th street frequented by white yuppies who are obsessed with staying thin and never drink sugared sodas.

seriously, nothing anti-gay about this. its just that the subway in midtown is a sweat and testosterone park during GAL week. its like rutting animals in the heat and humidity. when i worked in midtown that week we all walked above ground in the sun, high heat and humidity rather than suffer the smells of the subways that week. urine stench would have been an improvement. its really brutal that week, and you can really notice the difference afterward. its kind of like being at Belmar during a summer temperature inversion that eliminates all the breezes. eau de guido, bare, unshaven armpits and sweat is everywhere.

i prefer the chicken and rice wagons. i never saw so many people on wall st line up at them. the stuff is great, and if it attracts so many people who can easily expense lunches for 10x the price that they will stand in line for it, it has to be good.

he wants to be the power behind the throne now. i think that he spent so much money and only beat the idiot running against him by 3 points soured him on spending more to win a 4th term. he ran against a black controller; he should have easily lost yet the guy's community thought he was an asshole as well. the blaek guy spent pennies on his campaign while bloomies spent millions, and for 3 points bloomie almost lost. the cost-benefit roi just isn't there for another term.
