Its not even about Travolta - I could care less - but the fact Stern is projecting yet again as he seems to be doing more often lately, I'm sure he's not even conscious of it and not even his shrink can unravel that tight ball of self-disgust (not to get too serious or clinical here but Carl Jung felt neurosis was rooted in pervasive self disgust, which gives some insight here and kinda fits).

He mentioned that the music performances should be more "current", citing Led Zeppelin's music being used in Argo. Apparently Stern forgot Argo is set in 1979 and that Zeppelin's only relevance these days is within the context of music history.
