Nick is opening his own brothel in Nevada, and his wife will be madam and also available for parties.

He's got some shows at Foxwoods in CT and Caroline's in NYC coming up. He's been appearing on some TV/radio shows too (Dennis Miller, NBC Sports channel shows, Red Eye on Fox, etc.)

I'm guessing they are not still friends, contrary to Arties statements saying otherwise. Would an employment separation agreement include not doing comedy shows together in their personal time? Far reaching, heh. Ya know he could use the cash and an appearance w/Atell and Norton is top=notch. Rick was very angry all the time, my guess he's stewing right now.

Nick was never on those Anti-Social Comedy Tour bills, was he? So why would he start now?
Artie says they're still friends and Nick hasn't said otherwise.
It sounds like you've got a case of jumping to conclusion-itis, my friend.
He just went back to where he was: barely in showbiz.

I'm a latecomer to the whole thing. Why was Nick fired?

w\Why must we put Nick down? We can still be Artie fans w/o putting Nick down, can't we? He did contribute to the show. He was the one who brought Artie onto the show. It was his idea to do that.
What did Nick ever do to you guys? So, he is on longer on the show - that does not mean he did any harm to Artie. i don't get it. Educate me. Please.
I can't speak for the other posters here, but I was never much of a Nick fan. I think he's okay as a stand up, but just not my thing. I only listened for Artie, and just tolerated Nick while hoping that he would be replaced by someone like Norm or Colin Quinn and the sports theme would be dropped. I also thought that Nick was given way too much credit for helping Artie, when Artie was clearly the draw from day one and Nick was only doing it out of self interest (because he had one failed show already, and this was his last shot to get off of the road while making big money).
To your second point, though: There have been several threads made already about why Nick may have been fired, and how the show began, but I have yet to read anything that made me believe that we've gotten a definitive answer about either. Until Nick or Artie speak up, it's just Internet speculation, and if the Nick trolls are going to keep speaking up for their guy while attacking Artie for being fat/drugged out/mean spirited for the thousandth time, you can damn well assume others will take shots at Nick in response.

He was relatively funny in an awful format for comedy. They clearly didn't even tell him which topics were going to be discussed. On the other hand, Artie had plenty of time to prepare for Jimmy Fallon but sadly couldn't spit out anything except for the same Ocho Cinco, MMA jokes that everyone has heard on dioshow at least 15 times. I think he might have even told some of those jokes on Fallon before.
