So who is to blame for high gas prices?
Demand has been stagnant, and production is up.
I blame wall street and speculators. gas speculation should be illegal.
Deficit spending decreases the amount of a good you can purchase. Case closed.
If speculators are truly your "real reason" why gas is where it is, feel free to talk about how wonderful and amazing oil speculators are when they reduce the price. But why would they ever reduce the price, bosch?![]()
uh, how 'bout OPEC?

go to the 4 minute mark & watch to the end, funny as hell when the sista comes on praising her gas savior "daddy"

Not the official reason, of course. We're just "spreading democracy" for their own good.
Back in the '70s there was talk of going to war if OPEC started to mess with prices. I'm just saying if OPEC was the reason for this current price gouging, there was a time when we would have used that as a pretext to go to war.
I heard that all the oil we were going to loot from Iraq was going to pay for the war effort.
Yet, it was Katrina that was initially blamed for the current oil prices. No one seems to remember that. These current profits by the oil companies is war profiteering, plain and simple. It's amazing how they throw around the distractions.
Interestingly enough, the BP oil spill didn't cause a price hike.
Pelosi's biggest lie:
