When your biggest guest are Jewel, Trump, and Spade; there really isn't anything successful about his bookings.

But to Gary's defense, he is now the host of a rock memorabilia show on VH1 Classics. Only makes sense that he would dig up some relic guests for the show.

Booey also tried to book Kurt Cobain, but one of their 38 year-old interns informed him that Mr. Cobain offed himself in '94.

Actually better selection of guests over the previous couple of years. Not sure Gary is to take credit though. I think Howard is the one scaring up the guests, seems to be folks Howard has dinner with.

You know what the saddest part is? Gary doesn't even have to "dust off his Rolodex" because publicists of all these celebs are calling the show daily. All Gary has to say is YES or NO.
