It was announced last week he would be off this week, however I do think that there is a chance that they are auditioning for a replacement.

That's what they do, they have guest hosts. Artie has the week off. He was on Jimmy Fallon last night, promoting the show.

he has the week off... he said most of the crew were going off on a company retreat.. he wouldnt be going on Fallon if they were thinking of replacing him...
