It seems so disorganized and illogical. Have a song parody page-current events page, TV show page---etc. Maybe I'm missing something, but if it were done properly would Howard ever have to ask where anything is?

There was a thread at the old place about this with screen shots. Made sense at the time. Its organization was based on the software itself.
It's all just a bunch of bullshit mayhem reindeer games and tom foolery
The guys dont have a choice. Howard always has "so much to get to".
If he asks for something out of the clear blue and the guys dont answer him within 2 seconds, he throws a shit fit and say Nevermind, too late.
"Ugh, i gotta fire some people around here."

Has anyone ever heard this "Page2/Page3" crap mentioned on other radio shows? Ever?
Mad Dog?
Imus?
Rush?
Boomer & Carton?
Or is it just Howard that uses this format for pulling up clips?
My comments are based on my opinion only.
I assumed it was based on Fred's old cart system.
Perhaps it's compatible with LotusNotes.

Probably the same retard who thinks using Lotus Notes in 2013 is a good idea.
Maybe, but if Howard came in a half hour early and reviewed all the clips he was going to play and where they were located on the Profit system it might stop the "what page Gary?" questions.
Right now JD describes a few youtube clips to Howard while he's eating his yogurt as Will and Gary are trying to talk to him.
Howard came up with that mess I'm sure. I can picture the meeting where Howard described the system he wanted to the people who had to implement it, everyone with their heads down, embarrassed at how stupid he is, afraid to push back because he's so insecure, knowing it's an absurd way to organize anything that only a dimwitted megalomaniac would come up.
How ya been hon?
My guess is this is Howard's way to show he's just one of us guys that is clueless as to where things are kept. Or At first it made sense to have everything Gary approved on a gary page, everything sal and richard did on their own page, ect. Howard didn't stop to think about having so many clips that it would be impossible for him to remember who gave him what bit to play so he'd have no idea where to look.
