Lotsa good ones, Brah. I went with Office Space out of the list, because even though I don't like that kinda music muchit just makes you feel so good to see the guys stickin' it to the man while that's playing.....
Scorcese is always dead on with his soundtracks fitting the scenes...always...however, I hate "Layla", and for me the single best music/action scene in Goodfellas is when they're beating the fuck out of Billy Batts and Donovan is singing hippy-dippy "Atlantis"....it's like a juxtaposition thing.
Speaking of the juxtaposition of beauty and extreme violence, my favorite scene of all time in that regard would be this:
