Dude. I make them a little different every time. This batch was 1/2 ground sirloin, 1/2 ground pork. (1 lb each)
Half can of Progresso bread crumbs, 1 each in the food processor, onion/garlic bulb/red pepper. 3 eggs. Salt/pepper/Italian seasonings added until I think it's enough. I use a knife to mix until I feel good enough to go manual. Then I pour olive oil on my hands to make the balls. Cook for 2 hours or so...
