I am going to lose 10 lbs. in 10 days. And, yes, a lot of it will be water weight, but it's going to feel so good!
Each day, for 10 days, I will accomplish all of these goals:
*42 minutes of intense aerobic exercise
*Drink 120 oz. of Water and drink nothing else
*Not eat like a jerk
*Not eat past 8:00pm---no matter what
(my physician is totally cool with this, make sure yours is too)
