Who are you going to see this fall? If I had the balls to use my credit card, I'd go see the Stones in New Jersey and pay a shitload of money to see the same show and songs I've seen 7 times already...but who are you going to see this fall?

Going to see Rush tonight. Trey Anastasio Band this Saturday night, and a double bill of Victor Wooten and the Jimmy Herring Band in November
Got tickets for the Dirty Projectors in NYC
Zappa Plays Zappa! December 20th![]()
I never go see Bruce....kind of amazing, I love a lot of his stuff, but his tix are so freaking hard to get here in Jersey, I'd rather just go the opposite way the rest of the herd gos
Just saw Junior Brown last week....Might go see the Brian Setzer Orchestra X-Mas show
Listen up assholes...The above is my opinion and doesn't mean shit
I am going to see the Tragically Hip for the first time, this February![]()
Man, would I love to titty fuck this little emoticon:
I love nothing more than music, man.
Earlier this year I went to Slash, Sebastian Bach and Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers.
Saw Halestorm two weeks ago which was awesome. Really fantastic live band with a unique sound and high energy.
I'm gonna see Ennio Morricone in late December. It should be great, he's bringing an orchestra of 80+ people with him.
Next year there's Joe Bonamassa in March and Johnny Winter in April.
By the way, check out this app/website called Songkick. It scans your music library and gives you a heads up when artists from your library play near you. It helped me getting tickets to shows that sold out within half an hour because I knew well beforehand.
My name was supposed to be French fries with mayo but I was drunk when I signed up.
You can also just call me "Dick".
I might drive down to Teaneck, NJ Saturday to see Roger Clyne but I have to work Sunday so I'd have to drive back after the show and that's not sounding too appealing right now. At least the GWB is open.
Other than that, Cracker is coming to town in January so I'll probably go see them again.
Twin Twin in Montreal next Thursday! OH YEAH!

Turns out it's gonna be a 20-minute gig. And a 20-hour round-trip drive.
One highway hour equals one gig minute.

I finished my run of shows last night with a double bill of The Victor Wooten Band playing with The jimmy Herring band. really great venue. Small, old theater. easily the best show of the 3 and jimmy herring is IMHO, as good as good gets. Better than your favorite guitarist and better than mine. Mind blowing all night when he is on stage. Victor Wooten was ok. 4 bass players, no guitar. They made it work, but i would have rathered had seen jimmy all night. Heres a clip from last night
Billy Bragg in May!
