He didnt know that the clause for a bonus wasn't written clearly or appropriately.

Ha. The contract is clear and appropriate. Pre-merger Sirius would have never agreed to a contract that stated or implied that all XM subscribers in a merger would count as "new subscribers" towards Wiggy's bonuses. Why would they?

Wiggy either knows this and is engaged in a deliberate nuisance lawsuit intended to eek a few more marbles out of SiriusXM...OR he's completely delusional. At this point I no longer care -- each scenario make him out to be a jackass, especially when he rants about it.

Howard knows what the contract says, it is Sirius that screwed up by making the contract somewhat ambiguous and Howard and Buchwald seizing on the opportunity to make more money which make them snakes. Why NBC decided to do business with someone so dishonest is beyond me. Howard rants and tells so many lies on the radio I think people who half listen actually believes all his boasts.

Norm was truly brilliant in this clip--cue to about 20:00 and he really exposes the wig for what he truly is--a narcissistic opportunistic hack radio host enabler. That he took "3 sessions" with the shrink to deal with Norm's accusations that the show "killed Hank".

The show didn't kill Hank, but it sure as hell greased the rails. Same with Artie.
