I'm thinking Booey is in a low grade state of panic...........Growing as time goes on and he gets no offers......If he had an offer even at a slightly lower level of income......Don't you think he'd have taken it to improve his standing in the "Bizz"?

Let me clarify: Howard is a mere shadow of his former self. He is decades from being anything at even resembles relevance, effort or class. These dipshits obviously took their job believing that they'd go to the top echelon of radio broadcasting, only to find themselves in a show that barely gets enough notice for all the suffering that they need to endure.

And they have to kiss Howard's ass the entire time... For mere scheckles, and play second fiddle to his wife, that used to take it hi and hard from any Arab with a piece of eight.

So when I look at the staffers, I just laugh... They had a "fuck you" attitude when taking the job, thinking they'd be powerful and important ppeople in show business. And all they are is the modern day equivalent to slaves.

Gary might be a producer on a show making half of what he makes now. Jon Hein = nothing, Jason, Wil, Sal, Richard, Scott the engineer, Ronnie = nothing without any promotion from the show

Hmmm, I think Booey is in that state of panic because of the theory someone on the forum posited that 3 year option to opt out works for Sirius as well as Howard (who's in the same state of panic).

But I think Booey is contractually obligated to be with Howard to the end and was at that point hoping for a producing gig at Jimmy Kimmel or some other TV show of that tier - for less, but still decent money. Doesn't look well for a man who can't do show budgets or hasn't had a new idea in 8 years. Would Howard help him get placed somewhere else at the end? Howard would probably have as much success getting Booey a decent gig as he has with Beth if he would be in the mind to return Booey's phone calls.
