i make it in half-pint mason jars by adding:
1/4 cup old fashioned oats (uncooked)
1 1/2 tsp chia seeds
1 packet stevia or sugar in the raw
1 dallop maple syrup
1/3 cup milk or almond milk
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
blueberries.
mix, screw the cap on, put in the fridge overnight, and eat in the am.
Dont let the name fool you its really the bees knees . I shit you not. But yeah I dont even know if they sell that stuff at giant eagle and Like I said theres pancakes and waffles being homemade here daily so I DOnt think there is enough enough there to last a day.
they're loaded with protein and omega 3 fatty acids (way more omega threes than flaxseed). very healthy for you. and they absorb some of the liquid so they swell up and help keep you hydrated and full.
you can get them at any health food store an i also saw them at cvs pharmacy a while ago.
