i'm not a vegetarian, but i haven't had wright brand bacon. i been buying my bacon from the butcher shop lately. i have him slice some slab bacon super thick and then bake it in the oven until it's perfect. what's wright brand bacon?

probably not too disasterous. you'd have to watch out so the sugar doesn't burn though.

seriously, if you find this mix anywhere (they have it at target/supertarget here), get it. it's the best boxed mix ever. i don't know if i could make pancakes from scratch that tasted this good.

you should try baking it on a cookie sheet in the oven. try 400 or 425 for 15 to 20 mins to start and then check until it's done how you want it. it gets to the perfect combo of crispy and chewy, it doesn't shrivel up or curl or anything, an it's just the best way to cook bacon.
