I was listening to a show from 2009 where Howard was pissed that he "introduced" Rosie O'Donnell to Sirius and believed she should be on the Howard channels, but Scott Greenstein decided to put her on the Starz channel.

Howard is not a partner. He is not even an employee. Howard just license his content to Sirius.
