no, that is not why she's ugly. it's that in addition to the disgusting hair, pretentious tattoos and pretentious personality and her face comes off as ugly for some undefinable reason. the face doesn't have any particularly ugly characteristics, but it just strikes me as ugly. the hair has a lot to do with it.
