i had a terrible cold for like 10 days an i was snot city. my nose was stuffed up but it also ran drippy snot all day. now the boogs are dry an i got a pick them out all the time because it feels good.

Dust plays a big part too.... Forced air will dry the air but people with radiators have the same issues.. it's because we are inside more in the winter months and also why winter is the main season for colds/flu

ya, inside with less humidity, all manufactured heat is alot drier than say the natural summer months even with a/c.
