yeah, it's preposterous. completely. and yet it happens.

So does winning the lottery & picking a 4-Leaf Clover.. But, that doesn't mean it's prevalent ....Racism is an inherent part of the human condition, and is present (albeit in mostly small amounts) in every human on planet... But, I believe that most people work through such preconceived notions, and judge the individual in front of them....When I've had Blaek employees complain about racism where I work, it was always because they were attempting to divert attention away from the fact that they were horrible at their jobs... Which is what I tend to believe when most people cry about racism . Its a tried & true, easy way to deflect away real criticism about one or several of their attributes ....Racism, REAL racism simply doesn't exist in the capacity that the blaek culture likes to believe it does..
