"The manhunt for Chris Dorner, the ex-cop who killed three people, is still ongoing. No one knows where he is, or where he will show up next. But one of the lines in his haunting manifesto has police worried he could target tonight's Grammy ceremony for an attack.

Dorner's manifesto promised to target "command posts" like the one that will be set up for Sunday's Grammy award show. "I will mitigate all risks, threats and hazards. I assure you that Incident Command Posts will be target rich environments," Dorner promised."

Dorner certainly seems to have issues, but this sort of thing is also always exploited by the po-leese, and the media. Always. Fugitive ex-cop Christopher Dorner is still on the loose, but a purchase he made two days before he went on his alleged murder spree may give some clues where authorities should look.
According to surveillance video obtained by TMZ, Dorner purchased scuba gear at a sporting goods store in Torrance, Calif., on Feb. 1.
The video shows Dorner carrying two small, yellow scuba tanks which, according to sources, he had filled with oxygen. Dorner then left the scuba section with the two tanks along with a third, black tank, LAObserved.com reported.
Although Dorner reportedly attempted to steal a boat in San Diego on Feb. 6, the search for Dorner has focused on the mountains near Big Bear Lake about 80 miles east of Los Angeles ever since his burned-out truck was found there last Thursday.

You've got the training, skill, & resources of the entire 4 or 5 different Police agencies involved in his search, plus the access to military intelligence & tools ...
