Yes, when you bring up the timing of it, the bikini snow-"shoot" is triple-retarded, considering where she "should" be this time of year.

But as much as I'd like to believe otherwise, she could get into FW events; Howard's too wealthy to not be able to pull some strings, or simply buy her way into things.

Maybe it's simply a $$$ thing. Maybe Howard adds it up and realizes that playing "model and photographer" and going on a "sweet trip", whatever the fuck that is, is still MUCH cheaper than getting her into the right events at Fashion Week, not to mention all the spending she'd do there.

Is that humiliating in the Fashion Week world? I recall her sitting in the second row behind a big pole for some show a couple of years ago.

There are still three days left for her to make it. She lived for this stuff - it's hard to believe she'd voluntarily skip it two years in a row.

Sitting front row is a really, really big deal. Let's face it, Beth is no fashionista. Zero sense of style and she certainly doesn't follow the latest trends. She attends to have her picture taken. Howard might be uber rich and powerful in some circles but he has little influence in the fashion world. I doubt Anna Wintour has much respect for him as Beth has never attended the Met Gala.

She can't follow the latest trends since Howard only buys last year collection at bargain prices.
