It happens to me fairly often. Usually if i'm sleeping someplace other than my bedroom. It would scare me in the sense that I felt there was another presence in the room. It's a state between awake and sleeping. Now that I'm aware of what it is, I can go with it and have some some fun with it like out of body experiences.
