One time I was reading a book on the couch late at night. Everyone was asleep and had been for hours. Out of the corner of my eye I noticed something pass by, but was so absorbed in my book it didn't register for about 5 seconds. Then when I realized something had passed by it said something in like a robotic mechanical voice

I mean I froze. I could not move a muscle to save my life. I wanted to scream, to yell for my husband, to jump up and run screaming into the night like I'd seen BubbleNose IRL, but I couldn't. The only thing I could move was my eyes, I couldn't even turn my head. It felt like all the nerves in my body were on fire. I kept waiting and listening for it to say something else. The feeling lasted about one minute and then slowly went away

Nothing like that ever happened again but that was weirder'n shit

Freaked me the fuck out. I was awake but could not move a muscle. I live alone so no one was there to shake me out of it. I tried to call out for Falco but nothing worked, couldn't move a thing or make a sound. It lasted about a minute or so and I eventually just relaxed and went back to sleep. Woke up normally shortly after and grabbed my phone to google what the fuck that shit was all about. Turns out it's more common than I could even imagine.

Different cultural and religious beliefs attribute this natural phenomenon to alien visitations or demonic or spiritual visits. I saw no apparitions or anything of the sort, just kinda freaked me the fuck out that I was conscious but unable to move or make a sound.

And no its not AIDS!!!

That shit use to happen to me constantly a few years back its really fucked up the first time it happens to you and it sucks because most people have no idea what your talking about or don't believe you.
