lol..srs though when you hit late 30's and up a guy should actually be twice as active .....cycle some growth and eat as much protein as possible...one needs to recharge your system to keep it firing on all cylinders

i think it is funny when i here people talk about what they used to do or when they were younger or the college days
the reason they were able to run and gun like all day and night and still get up the next day was because they had more hormones in their system.....that shit diminishes with age
simple solution.....a little growth while on a high protein diet( put the mt. dew soda down)...get twice as active (turn the tv off ) so you can get your system up and running and use some weights 3 times a week...you will fell better...look better....be happier and have more fun
