    Hunter S. Thompson...

So I'm watching Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas right now, love the movie and have seen it several times. I've never read any of his books though. What books of his have you read? What is your favorite? I'm going to buy a book or two off amazon, just not sure which ones...

A true Southern Gent and my greatest hero. If going back to Hells Angels doesn't interest you pick up Kingdom of Fear. You can't go wrong with any of the Good Doctors works. Oscar Zeta Acosta has some great recounts in his books, before the government made him disappear. Gonzo Forever!

the articles are great if you don't have time to read a whole book. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is a great read as well no matter how many times you have seen the movie.

Del Toro in the movie cracks me up when he flaps his arms in the air and grunts like a caveman. "UHHH UHHH!!"

One of the funniest things I have ever read in my entire life is from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas when he heads out to Vegas with the lawyer, and they pick up the hitchhiker.

I really liked all his page 2 stuff. It was the perfect combination of Gonzo and sports. Obviously it is not the first place to look for sports news, but great reading all the same
What is the truth, what is the faithful lasting proof?
What is the central theme to this everlasting spoof?
