The only place I've ever gone to that was a brewery (and i don't know what qualifies a place as a "micro" brewery) was a restaurant called Triumph. There's one in Princeton and one in Lambertville. If you dine there, you can only order their beer; no national or imported brands.

Food is great. Beer is "different" (not good or bad, just different to me), and the place is nice.

Russian River. They make a brew call Pliny the Elder that is fucking dope. Hard as fuck to get though.

Gordon Biersch ... specifically the one in San Jose with a beer garden courtyard and live music. Great beer, fabulous food. The tied House(s) are great there too. And Stoddards and the Faultline. Man I'm still carrying 20 pounds from the business trip I made to SJ in the friggen 90's.
