The only place I've ever gone to that was a brewery (and i don't know what qualifies a place as a "micro" brewery) was a restaurant called Triumph. There's one in Princeton and one in Lambertville. If you dine there, you can only order their beer; no national or imported brands.

Food is great. Beer is "different" (not good or bad, just different to me), and the place is nice.

And @ the Castlerock Pub located at Sugarbush on Feb 2nd we were at a meet the brewer night with more than enough Heady Topper to go around. Was a great night.
