I'm not gonna post videos, but I'll throw my hat in the ring by reluctantly agreeing that the following songs are better than the originals even though I truly cherish the artists who did the originals...

The one that came to mind first was Guns N' Roses' version of "Live And Let Die". Much more polished than the Paul McCartney original
