Howard is not at the creative meetings. Most of them are hold on fridays without any of the fab4.

And yes. Howard thinks he is funny. Why would he otherwise be payed most in radio? And have 60% of SiriusXM subscribers listen to him exclusive? Even all the persons around Howard thinks he and the show is better then ever.

Howard is in a 24/7/365 bubble that wont be burst as long as tribes-mates hires him.

The only funny thing (and it's completely unintentional) is when Howard tries to crowbar one of his lame ghost-written jokes into a conversation. You can see them coming a mile away - he claims they're his own thoughts but he stumbles over the words (while clearly reading them off a sheet of paper) and uses phrases and references that are completely foreign to him. He doesn't even wait for a logical time to use them, he just blurts them out in the middle of conversations about completely different subjects. It's usually the only time I laugh during the show.
