ok, i have my kettlebell. i thought i ordered a 25 pounder but i got a 20. it's a decent weight considering i don't know what i'm doing.
i'm going to rent a video on amazon about old people workouts with it.
proper form etc.
it's a good one, all metal, no seam on the handle.
i just did a quick 20 reps of the between the legs thing and i'm a bit winded.
perfect.![]()
I'm doing 3 sets of 100 reps with my 70 lb KB on my off days from lifting + bridge pushups + myostatic crunches
feelsgoodman
damn.
remind me not to piss you off. i miss that feeling when you go all out, but my hard work out days ended when i hit my early 30s.
i need to work on my cardio and these things are pretty good for in place cardio.
i've done a few sets of 20, and some one hander sets of 12. and a few sets of fast curls. i should have gotten a 30 pounder but the 20 will work for awhile. i have a knee that is healing (SLOWLY!) so i'm not going too hard yet. i want to see how these motions affect the knee.
the hand grip should be a bit wider on these things.
what i've got girl hands??
i really need to check out some videos before i strain something.![]()
