    I got a bunch of red sox tickets and they only allow back packs smaller than 16" by 16". I have classes before and after the games within walking distance from Fenway so I needed something small enough that would hold my netbook and books. Luckily the netbook just fits.

    Keep your abs tight and squeeze your glutes when you bring the KB up. I pretty much just visualize and use my core and glutes to move the KB.

    Where is Brah? I was also selected by red sox nation lottery to get in at noon today online for the opportunity to buy select Yankees tickets. I could only get two seats for the second game on the Saturday after the all-star break but they are great pavilion box seats. This is the view.

    Tip 1: I wear shorts all year round inside when I'm lounging around so I am
    always ready to do some swings.

    Tip 2: in the winter, you will never get cold if you do swings every hour

    Tip 3: if you know you are going to eat an "unhealthy" or big meal, do 100 swings
    (or more) right before or as close as possible. It will actually curb your appetite
    and keep your body in fat burning mode.

    I am not going to shoulder level on my upward swing because of some
    impingement problems from benching too heavy this winter. I don't feel
    you have to go that high but YMMV

    Had a harder than usual workout today so here is my KB swing total for today:

    150

    Shooting for at least 300 every day this week. Eventually will do 500 everyday + my bridge pushups + regular gym workout + sports

    This should get me back down to single digit bodyfat by middle of April to May time frame.

    Have someone who knows what they are doing test your BF with a 7 pt caliper. The scales are worthless. So is "guessing" your BF which I see people do all the time and are usually about 10-20% pts off
