    If you're European, I understand it. I work with someone from Eastern Europe. When he first came to the States, he was completely unfamiliar with sarcasm. Half the time when I was busting around with him, he'd tilt his head, like a dog, as if unsure what I meant. I thought it was fuckin' hilarious.
