Do No Harm TV drama on NBC cancelled after two episodes

It premiered to some of the lowest ratings ever. I was in center city Philadelphia when they were filming the series. I never watched it but is was based on a modern day Jekyll and Hyde. Thank God NBC has huge successes like AGT with Judge Howard Stern, never mind.

I'm glad I work for HBO. Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire cost a fortune. But we have hardcore fans that are willing to pay a premium for premium content. The networks are creatively bankrupt. They aren't interested in art. They make commercial shows to sell advertising. That's the extent of their entire purpose.

As you wrote this GoT and BE was seeded exactly 1000 times.

The first week of January there were all these articles about how NBC was back on top (it was No. 1 in the fall).

But this is NBC's 3rd ratings disaster of the spring, in addition to Smash and Deception.

Everything sucks at the Peacock these days.

More likely, people are willing to pay to see titties on TV. HBO hasn't had anything I liked since Sopranos, Rome, and Deadwood. I like it more rooted in reality. Boardwalk does that but it didn't win me over.

I am very reluctant to watch new shows these days as many are cancelled too quickly or they don't make it to a second season.

Two shows I liked in recent years were Flashforward and Chicago Code. Both cancelled after only one season, both were good shows not really given a chance. There was also that Alcrataz show I started watching but again cancelled after one season.

Dont think I want to invest time in following shows if I don't know if they are going to be around or not.

The only show I can think of that I watched from the very beginning and followed all the way through was Fringe but even that was under constant cancellation threat.

Not a surprise, when I heard the premise of the show I couldn't believe it actually got on the air. The guy changes into a completely different personality at 8:25 PM every day and changes back at 8:25 AM? The same moron who thought Wiggy would be a good fit and a ratings draw on AGT must have come up with that one.

The promo was like an SNL skit. A side point - I do like Steven Pasquale's singing voice.

I couldn't tune in to NBC without seeing a promo to this show the last couple of months. Especially, during a football game.
